Calibration of Electrical Measuring Instruments
Testo Industrial Services offers comprehensive accreditations and minimal measurement uncertainties for electrical calibrations. We calibrate electrical test equipment from manufacturers such as Fluke, Hioki, or IPETRONIK.
In the low-frequency laboratory, we calibrate standard electrical measuring devices such as digital multimeters, current clamps, Fluke calibrators, and power supplies with the lowest measurement uncertainties. In high-frequency technology, we deal with rapidly changing current and voltage curves, including RF power, RF reflection, modulation, frequency, and RF attenuation. We also calibrate the most important EMC parameters according to DIN/EN/CISPR.
Calibration of Thermodynamic Measuring Instruments
Testo Industrial Services is an expert in the calibration of thermodynamic measuring devices. Our laboratory offers low measurement uncertainties and a comprehensive portfolio for temperature and humidity calibrations.
We calibrate your electronic temperature measuring devices, resistance thermometers, and thermocouples from -196°C to +1200°C. For contact surface measurement, we calibrate cross-band sensors, mushroom cap sensors, and special sensor designs up to 350°C.
Our accredited humidity laboratory offers an accuracy of 0.2% RH in the range of 2 to 98% RH and is among the best in Europe.
Calibration of Mechanical Measuring Instruments
Testo Industrial Services features a comprehensive mechanical laboratory, specialising in the calibration of pressure, torque, angle, force, and acceleration measurement technology.
In the field of pressure measurement technology, we calibrate your manometers, pressure regulators, and calibrators up to 5000 bar.
Your torque wrenches, sensors, and screwdrivers are calibrated up to 5 kNm, either in our laboratories or directly at your site.
Calibration of Flowing Media
Nine specially designed liquid and gas calibrators guarantee fast calibration of different flow rates and media for your flow meters.
With our open wind tunnel, we can also perform accredited calibration for flow velocity. Additionally, we specialise in the calibration of volume flow hoods.
Calibration of Dimensional Metrology
In our dimensional calibration laboratory, we perform ISO/factory as well as accredited calibrations for your length measuring equipment. This includes, among others, indicating measuring devices, material measures, gauges, and angles.
To ensure measurement results, our rooms are air-conditioned to 20°C ± 1 K.
In addition to calibrating standard length measuring devices, we also have a variety of highly accurate coordinate measuring machines for calibrating your regular and special geometries.
Calibration of Acoustic Measuring Instruments
The calibration laboratory for acoustic parameters specialises in the calibration of measuring microphones, sound level meters, and sound calibrators in pressure or free-field chambers.
With the expertise of our specialists, we cover calibrations of standard devices such as pistonphones, sound calibrators, measuring microphones, and sound level meters. We can also provide customised solutions for, among others, multi-channel sound level meters or artificial heads.
Calibration of Analytical Measuring Instruments
Testo Industrial Services has a fully equipped analytical calibration laboratory. We perform independent calibrations in the field of gas and chemical analysis. This includes the calibration of flue gas analysers, gas detectors, gas leak and refrigerant testers, as well as pH, conductivity, and frying oil testers.
We are the first accredited calibration laboratory for flue gas calibrations in Germany. We are also able to carry out comprehensive DAkkS-accredited calibrations for conductivity and pH value.
