Calibration of exhaust gas analysers
We offer ISO factory calibration or DAkkS-accredited calibration of your exhaust gas analysers, which makes us unique in Germany. We are characterised by minimal measurement uncertainties in DAkkS-accredited calibrations in the combustion gas range from 0.03% vol.
Whether you use your equipment in the trade sector, such as the Testo 320 or Testo 380, or in industry, such as the Testo 340 or the new Testo 350, we are your ideal partner for the calibration of your combustion gas meters and gas analysers.
Calibration of Testo pressure gauges
Whether absolute pressure, differential pressure or relative pressure, we offer the right calibration for all your needs. We perform calibrations in a measuring range from -1 to 5000 bar. We offer accredited calibrations according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 up to 1200 bar.
This makes us your ideal partner for the calibration of all Testo pressure gauges, such as the Testo 550, Testo 570 or Testo 510 differential pressure gauge.
Calibration of Testo monitoring systems
Do you use monitoring systems to constantly monitor temperature, humidity or other environmental parameters relevant to quality? Then you are in good hands with us.
We offer the right calibration service for your hygrometers, data loggers and monitoring systems: We calibrate your Testo Saveris systems in our laboratories or directly at your premises. In addition, we calibrate your data loggers, such as those from the Testo 174, Testo 175 and Testo 176 families. We also calibrate Testo hygrometers for temperature and humidity, such as the Testo 608, Testo 622 or Testo 623.
Calibration of anemometers and flow meters
We calibrate your Testo flow meters: in a specially designed wind tunnel, we calibrate your anemometers and vane probes up to 68 m/s according to laser Doppler anemometry (LDA). In addition, in another wind tunnel we calibrate your Testo flow measurement hoods (Testo 420) up to 1800 m³/h.
