Why is calibration carried out before the repair?
A calibration is always a look into the past. On the one hand, the historical data must not be lost due to the intervention (repair) in the device. On the other hand, it must be ensured that the repair was successful and that the device measures correctly afterwards. Therefore, a calibration before and after the repair is necessary.
During the calibration it turns out that a repair is necessary. What is the further procedure?
If no arrangements have been made in this regard, we will contact you to clarify the further procedure. If we can carry out the repair ourselves, you will receive a cost estimate for the repair directly from us. If we are unable to carry out the repair ourselves, we will contact one of our cooperation partners after consultation with you. In this case, you will also receive a cost estimate from us. After your approval, we will take care of the repair or send the device back to you - if desired - or dispose of it. You decide!

Who do I contact to have my unit repaired?
Please contact your commercial contact person as usual. If the device is already with us for calibration, we will contact you if a repair is necessary or useful.
