More safety for PRIMAS: New features for protected access

Your data security and access to PRIMAS remain our top priorities. To ensure the highest level of protection, we continuously enhance our systems and strengthen account security measures.

As part of our latest update, we have introduced several improvements to the login process, providing an even more secure and reliable experience.

New feature: Two-factor authentication (2FA)

You can now enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in PRIMAS. In addition to signing in with your username and password, you will be required to enter a one-time security code. This code is sent to your registered email address and must be entered during the next step of the login process.

This additional security layer provides enhanced protection for your PRIMAS account and helps prevent unauthorised access.

Futher safety improvements

In addition to two-factor authentication, we have implemented several further enhancements to improve the security and user experience of PRIMAS:

Updated "Stay Signed In" Feature
To further enhance security, users who have enabled the "Stay Signed In" option will now be required to sign in again at least once every two weeks.
Coming Soon: Sign in with Your Microsoft Account
We are currently developing an additional enhancement that will allow users to sign in to PRIMAS using their Microsoft account.
This feature will enable access permissions to be managed through your company's Microsoft Azure user administration, ensuring that user authentication and access rights align with your organisation's security policies and standards.
