Calibration Solutions for E-Mobility

Precise torque measurements in engine test benches allow for accurate monitoring and optimization of motor efficiency and performance. We support you with the calibration of your torque sensors up to 5 kNm.

Electric motors are continuously optimized to achieve higher efficiency and performance. Precise torque measurements are crucial as they monitor and optimize motor performance. This leads to better energy utilization, reduced energy consumption, and lower CO₂ emissions. Early problem detection extends motor lifespan and minimizes the need for spare parts.

With the expansion of our torque test bench, we can perform ISO/factory calibrations as well as DAkkS-accredited calibrations for your torque sensors in a measurement range from 0.2 Nm to 5,000 Nm. Calibration is carried out according to DIN 51309 with an accuracy of 0.05% of the measured value. This allows us to calibrate your HBM torque transducers type T10 or T12, as well as other sensors with square drive adapters.

With our mobile torque test bench, we can also perform calibration directly on-site in the measurement chain up to 5 kNm. This enables evaluation of the entire test bench and guarantees minimal downtime.
