Calibration Solutions for Your Temperature Control Measuring Devices

In electromobility, the temperature control of components is a key factor in ensuring the quality and reliability of vehicles. Climate chambers and process thermostats enable precise temperature regulation. We offer the right calibration solution for this purpose.

All vehicle components of an electric car are subjected to extreme temperature fluctuations during the manufacturing process to ensure they function reliably and durably in real-world operation. A central element of these tests is the simulation of extreme environmental conditions across a wide temperature range. Climate chambers are used to simulate ambient temperatures, while process thermostats regulate the coolant temperature for the batteries to realistically replicate the thermal conditions within the vehicle cooling circuits.

Calibration of Process Thermostats

We offer DAkkS-accredited on-site calibrations of your process thermostats, taking into account your process and test conditions. In addition to flow, we also calibrate the process variables temperature and pressure.

In addition to flow calibration with water, a DAkkS-accredited calibration with water-glycol up to 250 l/min is also possible. With the introduction of DAkkS-accredited water-glycol calibration, we meet new market requirements and position ourselves as a pioneer in this field.

Calibration of Your Climate Chambers

We perform ISO/factory calibrations as well as DAkkS-accredited calibrations for your climate chambers according to DKD-R 5-7. We cover a temperature range from -90 to 350 °C and humidity from 5 to 98% RH. You can choose between Method A, B, or C.

We also offer calibrations according to the revised IEC 60068-2-14. Thanks to the ability to perform temperature shock tests during calibration, battery cells and electric motors can be tested under realistic conditions.
